SHIPPING POLICY

Plan accordingly: your plants will need your care upon arriving!
We aim to ship all orders within 3–6 business days.
You'll get a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

We currently ship only within the United States of America.

Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order.
We’re not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

RETURN POLICY

Understand, plants often receive a small amount of transit damage. However, if a plant receives above normal transit damages or other issues (damage, missing, or incorrect plants), please send photos on the day of arrival. We will assess and offer replacements or refunds depending on the situation. 

 

**We can only refund or replace plants if you send photo documentation of damage on the day of arrival or the next morning. If a plant seems off, message us photos immediately. Refunds or exchanges require this documentation upon receipt. Issues reported after 3 days are not eligible for refunds.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.
Your payment is processed securely, and we never store your card details.

 Interested in stocking our products? We’d love to hear from you!
Please note: 

Wholesale inquires for rooted plants are to be requested 2-3 months in advance depending on size needed.
Wholesale cuttings can be sold on short notice when available.
